How do I decide what to present?
We all do many things in our classes that are worth sharing and that your colleagues would like to know about. Below are some suggestions that might help you dig into your experience as a teacher and pull out some ideas and things you do in class that you can develop into a proposal for our April 2023 Professional Development Conference.

How will proposals be selected?
Proposals will be reviewed by members of the PD Conference Committee. Each proposal will be rated using the following criteria.

Who can I ask for help/feedback?
There are teams of colleagues at each AELG site that are available to help you to develop a proposal. Please speak with your site mentor to learn more.

- What specifically did you take away from the event, how did you use it?
- In the same way, what can you offer your colleagues that will impact them?

How will proposals be selected?
Proposals will be reviewed by members of the PD Conference Committee. Each proposal will be rated using the following criteria.
- The proposal is organized and clear.
- The topic and presentation will spark audience interest.
- The proposal contains concrete examples of (1) what you will be presenting or demonstrating and (2) explains how the activities will be used by teachers and students.
